System Requirements

To scan tickets you must be using a recent iPhone or Android phone with a rear facing camera. Low cost and older phones may run slower.

Any phone, tablet or PC will be able to access the reporting and management pages and see a list of the tickets.

Accessing the App

You need a valid login for tickets-scotland.com and this login must have been assigned to a promoter. Please contact support@tickets-scotland.com if you do not have this.

Scanning Tickets

One you have singed in, for each event you have the option to viewing a list of tickets, or entering the scanning app. On entering the scanning app you will be asked to allow access to the camera. The just position the QR code in the frame and press the scan button. This will check the ticket and give you information on it's status.
